Our boat trailer had the hub bolts shear off right before the Socorro exit on I-25! We were able to remove the broken part and take it to this AutoZone. They had a replacement hub with all new lug nuts included. The sales associate found us the parts and tools we needed quickly and we were able to repair the trailer on the side of the highway within the hour of breaking down.

Given wrong parts - Took them back within minutes and was charged an extra $65 because she refused to give the initial discount even though we bought it with the bundle discount originally. Not my fault they gave me the wrong parts!!

On a cross country road trip I threw a serpentine belt. The people at this store were very helpful and happen to have just exactly what I needed. After an hour and a half I had a new serpentine belt and idler pulley and dirty fingernails. It's good to be back on the road. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and helpful and checked all the details to make sure I had exactly the right parts. I wish I would have gotten his name.
