I hit a coyote on the highway going 85 miles an hour in a Nissan Altima. The damage was extensive and even led to internal body damage. However Southwest Auto body has a wonderful estimation process and were able to dismantle the car and find every broken item for the insurance quote. The work was completed quickly and effectively. After receiving my repaired car the work was exceptional. They also excelled at communication and were transparent through the entire process. Informing me of each step as well as answering any questions that I had. Highly recommend for Socorro county definitely the best body shop here.

Small shop in Socorro has professional and efficient people working in it. They dealt with the chip in the windshield right away, and even found another one upon careful inspection. Highly recommended! Damon and Carlos are great!

I asked about a couple simple missing parts on a used car I bought. They took photos of my car and said they’d look up the parts and get back to me. Over the course of many weeks, I called a couple times to follow up and visited the shop again in person. I was told I was moved to higher priority on their list. Eventually I gave up and got the parts at Toyota dealer in Abq. I never heard back.
