Hicks Towing

We ran out of gas and Hicks Towing was dispatched. Danny called us as soon as he got the dispatch, arrived promptly, and was a delightful human being! We greatly appreciated his prompt service and great smile!

Danny called within 10 mins of my insurance dispatching him on a Sunday, he arrived about 10 mins after that. He went above and beyond helping us get sorted and back on the road, a true gentleman!

Called and a female answered the phone as if she had just rolled over in bed, mind you it was 1:00pm in the after noon. All she said was hello? Not thank you for Calling Hicks towing, just hello! It’s clearly not the female’s business, because her phone etiquette and communication skills were horrible. If you need to be towed out of Socorro you’re better off making arrangements with another out of town company that will value your business and treat you like they appreciate your business. The fees Hicks towing adds to your bill are just outrageous, they do this so they can put a lean on your vehicle and keep it. Jesus Knows

Hicks picked up the vehicle on a police impound; thank you again adult child. They made my experience getting the vehicle back pain free. They were very nice to me for what could otherwise had been a very difficult situation.

RUDE!! Called the place up for a towing quote and a woman picked up the phone, "Hello?". I ask for Hicks Towing and she says "OK". I then had to confirm with her that it was indeed the correct number and when I asked for my quote she responds "A lot". Obviously she wasn't interested working today, hence my reasoning for not giving them "a lot" of money.
