The folks at MX Auto were fantastic! I called a day before hoping they could get my truck in the shop. I had all kinds of lights on the dash and couldn't figure it out. They got me in at 9:00 and I picked it up by 11:30. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and fair. The price was affordable and done well. I will be bringing my truck back for additional service in the future!

We had to have our pickup along with our 30-foot camper trailer towed into their parking lot after hours. The next morning, the owner was super understanding about our travel issues and parking the camper, and yet the mechanic had us up and running in less than 2 hours! WOMAN OWNED and OPERATED, and as a Dad of 5 grown daughters, this is always a plus to me! VERY REASONABLY PRICED and fair, and I would absolutely use them again, although since we were traveling, I hope I don't have to! 10 out of 10 I WOULD RECOMMENDED

Im brand new to Socorro and recently experienced some issues with my pretty new vehicle. I was apprehensive to drive it all the way back to Albuquerque/dealership, so I started asking around. MX Automotive kept coming up as the recommended choice due to their fair, honest and effective practices. I did not have time to preplanned or make an appointment, so I literally walked in on their "Friday" and asked for help. I was surprised with not only the friendly welcome, but by the timely responsiveness and prioritization. She got me in same day and had my diagnostic by lunch. She even told me I would be best served by going to the dealership and taking advantage of my warranty, ensuring no financial benefit to her. Wonderful owner who let me keep my truck there a few extra days after it was ready, while i was at work. they did quality work at a fair price. simple and hassle free interaction. and they have a cute puppy to wish me a farewell after picking up my truck. all around a great experience and would recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle, just schedule a few days in advanced.

While passing through town last week we started hearing road noise from one of our wheels. Even though the shop was very busy they kindly checked out our vehicle, gave us a fair quote for the repair, and completed it almost immediately after the part arrived. Quality work and friendly too. Good people.
