While traveling alone from Florida to Pennsylvania I experienced a coolant problem with my car. I stopped at the AutoZone and had the most incredible customer service! Three employees helped me from getting me a chair to sit and wait, to researching the correct coolant to adding it to my car! I just can’t thank them all for such incredible customer service! Thankyou!!!

Night manager doesn't know how to process parts warranty. I showed her my proof of purchase, the defective part, as instructed by the AutoZone website. First, she couldn't find my transaction. So instead of a warranty, she tried to do some sort of return/exchange thing - different system. Then she asked to scan my ID (first time I've ever been asked for that) - and then the system denied the whole transaction and gives a phone number for me to call. I left the store and called the number, and the explanation I got was that she did the transaction wrong, under a generic store account instead of the customer's account. So, my vehicle, is stuck in the driveway undrivable for at least another day, because of incompetence.

Was not even greeted when I came in the door. Employees doing whatever and never even acknowledge customers (yes, more than one). Incredibly rude. Customer service, zero stars. Go to Advance or O'Reilly, truly. An elderly gentleman was calling out to them saying , "Can someone help us?" He looks at me, and says "they can at least say hi". Literally, just say hi. Miserable people.

Amber is without a doubt the most helpful person here she always helps me find what I need when I come in 10/10
