I was passing through the day after the awful NC snowfall on my way back to Pennsylvania. The windshield washers stopped working that a.m. GPS gave me this store. Everyone was so helpful and very nice. It was something I should have been able to fix, snow frozen in front of the windshield. But I am short and walking with a cane and was not able to get it done. Again, they were so nice and helpful. I was back on the road in minutes. A true godsend!

I needed a jumpbox... a guy helped me pick one out... got a Duralast 1000 watt. That worked just fine starting my Volvo that was deader than heck. Thanks for the help. Also happened to catch it on sale.

Absolutely amazing. I was driving home and my car began to overheat. I was still 5 hours from home & there is a kind man here (I didn’t catch his name) but he looked at my car for me & got it all good to go. I’d like to contact the store to get his name so I can personally thank him for saving the day! 10/10 experience

I awoke to freezing weather and a dead battery. The battery was my fault ... left a portable fridge plugged in over night. 2 lovely people stopped to help and recommended the auto zone ck the battery out before I continued my travels. The staff was very helpful and courteous and got me on my way quickly.
