They fixed my car, and made it look like new. Gave me my estimate the same day, and gave me a print out copy of it. My door didn't close correctly so they fixed that for me so it didn't rub anymore, while I had to wait for parts to come in (my car was still driveable). They fine detail your car when it is finished. Highly recommend them. Very easy to work with and a very friendly staff.

While my vehicle was at Mid State Collision for repair someone there damage my leather seat and instead of making it right the guy said oh well your seat was patched and when I explained my seat had never been patched or had anything done to it and asked if they have cameras he said yes but it will take him till Tuesday to view them and he’s not sure he will be able to see…. One excuse after the next and then he asked if my seats are heated and cooled When I said yes he said do they work! ( Yes they work) He is looking for anything to blame other than the fact that someone at that shop damaged my seat and they have no intention of admitting it or fixing it! He did say he will call Tuesday once he views camera footage but after all of his finger pointing at anything other than what really

They did a great job of fixing my Highlander after I was rear ended. They even cleaned out the inside before I picked it up. It looks great and they were very professional and friendly
