Hannah at the Summersville Enterprise made my experience with a rental beyond relieving! After my accident I came in with devastation and anxiety and she went above and beyond to help me through the whole process as well as keeping in communication with me with every question I had through my process! I picked up the car in WV, took back to SC. Booked car online, they had it ready to go when i arrived. No issues, in and out at both locations. Daniel was thorough and nice, (WV location) walked me thru my first rental and how it all worked. Will use again if need be!

I personally had a great experience here! Employees were super friendly and helpful explaining things to me. Walked me through what I needed to do as a first time renter, talkative and all around great at their jobs! The car was a great fit as well and drove very smoothly! 10/10 would recommend if you need to rent.
