Total Care

I had an exceptional experience with Total Care. We were on vacation and our clutch simply completely broke when downshifting, leaving us largely stranded. Based on the recommendation of another shop, we ultimately had AAA tow our car to Total Care. They did everything they could to get us back on the road ASAP. They even picked us up once the car was ready! Amazing customer service- I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks Total Care - you saved our vacation!

Residents and visitors this is the place you need to use for all auto service.I am a new resident of summersville wv I had no idea where to have my vehicle repaired when the transmission went out.i started calling places no one did transmission work but they referred me to Jeremy at total care.so I called him next and he said yes they would look at .To make long story short after dropping the car off he drove me to the car rental place in town. they put the new transmission in found two cylinders misfiring that I new about replaced spark plugs and did oil change with my approval 3 days later I picked up my car on a day the shop was CLOSED Jeremy opened the shop to take care of me Thank you to all the employees of Total Care. Total Care goes the extra mile. Stuck on side of road pulling 40 ft 5th wheel with a blown turbo. Total Care pulled my 5th wheel to a campground. Replaced the turbo and had me back on the road the next day. It is great to see businesses like this still exist. Highly recommend. Wish I was closer to use them for all my repairs.

Total Care is one of two local shops I take my vehicles to when something more than routine maintenance is required. Scheduling is simple, service techs are knowledgeable, and pricing fair. No job too big or too small.

These guys are the best! They do great work, have fair pricing and are always just awesome to work with. As a woman I always dread mechanics, I can't tell you the amount of times other mechanics have tried to rip me off. These guys have always been so completely honest. I don't dread going to them. They're a family business and all of them clearly take pride in their work and reputation.
