AutoZone Auto Parts

I was traveling out of town for work when my granddaughter called with her vehicle struggling to start. I told her to stop by Auto Zone and have them run a diagnostic. She was immediately told by an employee that he would test the battery but could not change it if it was bad. He tested it, told her it was bad, walked back into the store and that was it. She sat in the parking lot until my daughter could get there (about 30 minutes), buy a battery and change it in the parking lot. Some nice customers offered to help, but help was almost there. This wasn’t the first time either I or a member of my family felt like an inconvenience at AZ. I refuse to shop or recommend them in the future. There are too many other options to try.

The man that helped us was super professional and helpful. We needed a new battery. He changed it out for us very quickly. We haven't had any car troubles since then. We're very pleased with the selection of products and service we received at this Auto Zone.

He replaced my key fob battery and only charged me for the battery. I like em.

Ryan is the man, great service, is knowledgeable about products in the store, and everything you would want in an employee. Better be careful Auto Zone I might poach him from you. Get him to work for my business. This is not a joke, I am being super serious. It's hard to find great employees these days.

Had to get my battery replaced, and both the employee and manager were fantastic!
