New manager Jamie helped a bunch definitely grateful since my back went bad from having a lung collapsed 2 months ago. He came out in 29 degree weather to help me so he’s definitely awesome!!

I went in there and needed coolant for my car on 10-16-24 and asked if they put it in for me (which i knew they did along with doing a bunch of other things) the skinny boy with long hair told me no snippy like and i was sent on my way. so i sat in there parking lot for 15-20 minutes waiting on my friend to help me. I’m not one to do things like this but his customer service sucked. i’m a woman and don’t know the first thing about how to change or do stuff in a car unless shown. and he didn’t offer to help even a little. Here is a picture of him helping another person while i’m still sitting in their parking lot.

Great help sorting out bulbs and replacement sockets.

Going there this afternoon. Will update on return. Could not check engine codes as car too new. Sent me someplace else. Was actually at Stuarts Draft store. No idea why Waynesboro store popped up.

Toby was awesome! Help me get the right battery for my truck and change the terminals put the new battery in and was still helping me a half an hour after the store closed I am so grateful awesome customer service from both the guys working couldn't be happier we'll definitely come back next time I have a vehicle parts problem.
