Seeing I was in Westfield yesterday I stopped at Auto-Zone to get some brake-pads for my 04 Honda CRV Jareth was my autozoner. The next day I had called to see about a possible new caliper? Jareth was on the line, He told me, I had a credit I had forgotten to return a core a few years ago. I want to thank Jareth for his honesty and taking that extra step to help me out.

Jareth (at least I think that’s his name) was at the counter when I came in and asked for help with my battery. I knew I needed a new one when I realized mine was smoking and leaking battery acid. I do mobile phlebotomy for work and was only in the Westfield area because I had a patient over there. I stopped in and asked to purchase the battery, but since I was working at the time I needed to install it right then and there. Jareth stated that since they were short staffed and busy, they wouldn’t be able to help me install the battery but would allow my bf and I to use their cart of tools to do it in the parking lot. We ran into some issues and had asked an employee who had just arrived for help with removing the battery. He sent Jareth outside and he helped us to remove the battery himsel

They have the best price that I could find for an AGM car battery. friendly and courteous. They installed the battery at no extra charge.The person who installed the battery was very nice. If you're going there to have a battery replaced they suggest going between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..

Terrible Customer service. I needed help hoping they’d have the right tools to get a screw to come off so that I could put a liscense plate cover on. Kid looked at me confused and hesitant when asking. He came out barely put effort into getting it off and told me to get lube and different screws with a look like I was dumb... I was appalled… Went to O’reillys and they were so nice to take a look and came out and got it off with the right tool and patience with perfect and nice customer service👌🏼 Don’t come here for any kind of help..
