I had such a great experience at this location! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I especially want to recognize Reese. He assisted me over the phone before I arrived, and when I pulled up in the pouring rain to switch out my battery, he responded immediately without hesitation or complaint. His willingness to help, positive attitude, and professionalism truly went above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier!

The store manager's customer service is exceptional. It's always a pleasure to shop at this location. I've observed a significant turnaround since she returned. Best decision for the store. I'll go out of my way to shop with her.

Amazing service. I was driving from Philly down south and realized I needed an oil top off since it had been too long but I didn’t have time to change it before the trip. They offered to change it for me right in the parking lot, super quickly!! They saved the day.

Went to the DMV for an inspection today. Failed not knowing my plate light and front side light was out. After buying the lights at another store i was told i couldn’t get help and they couldn’t leave the store… i went to this store and called and they said bring it in and they would help. Both Jacob and his co worker helped me in the dark change these lights. They truly went above and beyond helping me and did it with out me even but the lights there. I recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys! I will be doing all my future auto purchases here.

Everyone there is so knowledgeable and friendly, I used to go to auto parts plus right down the street but y'all won me over the kindness alone. I'll be a returning customer for sure.
