Avid Concepts is our go to EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! They are ALWAYS very professional, courteous, friendly, timely, accurate and provide outstanding customer service and satisfaction!! We make the 45 minute drive just to have the best. I would recommend Avid Concepts 10/10 to anyone looking for an affordable, fast, excellent and honest business for their auto needs!! When I tell you I had the WORST smelling car after I forgot sausage in my car from grocery store, it was beyond putrid! I have a very sensitive sense of smell anyways and was terrified my new car would be totaled after 2 days of sausage sitting in 105 degree heat/exploding in my car /juices all over (gross!) The smell made everyone at my work sick and I had to drive it home and get it to Avid Concepts. There is a greater than 5 star rating for these people! 5 stars isn’t good enough. They removed my seats, carpet , cleaned down to the frame and replaced padding. Unreal work! Unreal service ! Thank you SO much ❤️❤️❤️

I called Avid Concepts to have an after market Pioneer dvd double din deck put into a F-150 Lariat as a X-maa gift. The guy was very easy going n nice. He was very reasonable on price. Charged exactly what the parts cost (wiring harness, antenna, etc) and his labor was very reasonable. I had called D&B out of Ft Wayne who quoted the same job at almost $400!!!!! Avid was no where near that price. The guy is very cool n even called me to let me know they sent him the wrong harness so I didn't waste a trip out there. Not a lot of places would of done that now a days. Very good customer service. I would def recommend and use again. He even detailed the dash which was not expected yet appreciated.

We had a great experience with Avid Concepts. Our new friend Robie is amazing. He came down to our boat to help us troubleshoot some issues. He is the most knowledgeable. Very honest people, will trust them with any boat or vehicle.

Great place to take your vehicle. Very honest, fast and reliable. We have used Avid for many repairs and upgrades on our vehicles and would recommend to anyone!
