No. Ubering is a thing that I am Proud to do. Not me, coming here thinking I would be getting an upgrade. Reading the fine print and seeing some hope and silver lining for my Life. And Future. To get this car assigned to me. No. No. No. 1 star is too many stars. Absolutely wrong. And no. Yes I canceled and am screwed but, I would rather use a gas guzzling hummer than rent a dirty, barely charged, flat tire disgusting vehicle from Avis. No.

READ MY REVIEWS. I read a lot of reviews complaining about the owner and his staff not being very nice. I didn’t experience any of that. It really makes a difference how you treat people and how they respond to your treatment of them. Tyler and his staff have been cordial to me. They worked with me to get my car a day early. I took the time to clean their car before returning it. That goes a long way. They ask customers to return the cars in as good or better condition as we got it. So that’s what I did. Despite the negative reviews I will rent from Tyler and his staff again and again. Carmen was great. She is the office manager. She’s very polite and treated me with the upmost kindness and respect. Don’t hesitate to rent from Tyler and Carmen!

My experience with Avis / Budget Rent a Car has been a complete nightmare caused by their own incompetence. Staff filled out the rental paperwork incorrectly and listed me as the renter on a vehicle I never rented and had nothing to do with. When the actual renter was involved in a single-vehicle accident, they began calling me and threatening legal action. I told them repeatedly that I did not rent the vehicle, never saw, drove, or rode in it. The calls did not stop. When I contacted them to confirm they had the correct renter’s information, they admitted they did — but claimed they could not speak to him without my permission. Carmen was very helpful! She got me a great car that was spotlessly clean, told me about the insurance I could add on right now or later, and she was super friendly and easy to work with! I appreciate her getting me a car I can Uber in for the next week while I wait on my car to be repaired!
