Avis Car Rental

I’ve been renting from this Avis location for the last five years and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. I’ve rented from them many times and the experience is always smooth from pickup to return. The cars are clean, well maintained, and ready on time. Returns are quick and easy, and the team always makes everything stress free. This is the best rental location I’ve used and I highly recommend it.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We came over early to find out what the Ford Explorer would look like, and if we could get six passenger in the car with four regular sized suitcases in the back. The Ford Explorer is rated for 7 passengers, so we thought this might work for us. When we showed up a week early to make sure things would fit, we were told they couldn't guarantee us a 7 seat SUV, it might fit 6 or 7 passengers. That is ridiculous. What if we had 7 passengers and we show up and the car only fits 6? Actually that is absurd. We booked this through AARP Travel Center, and we let them know our thoughts. In addition, we were told all the different rental companies were the same, we would be booking a car that would fall under a "car rental group." And because of the h

Pretty good experience. I had reserved a small segment car for 24 hours from Avis using Costco travel. When I got there they said they don't have a small car and they upgraded with a premium sedan with the same price. The sedan was pretty new and was a real good drive.

I have rented with Avis budget at numerous locations in the US and abroad. I can say this particular car rental is the best among all the avis ones I have rented with. They provide a very good customer service and the lady at the counter is super helpful always. The cars are always in a neat and clean and good condition. They often provide a better model than the one been booked under Capacity. Happy with the overall experience of Avis.

After being stranded in Wyoming with bald tires, there is no way I would recommend Avis to anyone. We are out over $2,000 from this experience due to buying new tires, tow, and hotel stays. Avis left us stranded in the middle of WY while their customer service lied to us multiple times. When they finally helped us they towed the car 3 hrs from our 2nd stranded location and left us to pay for the tires after telling us they would pay. Our entire vacation was ruined due to this experience. The only reason we were not left stranded the whole time was due to calling the Highway Patrol in WY for help otherwise we would probably be stuck in the middle of no where to this day!
