Avis Car Rental

My recent rental experience at this AVIS/Budget center is beyond positive. Due to the limitation of inventory at the airport location, I had to accept a car way too big and unsafe for me. When I called Ajeet at this Elliot location, he quickly arranged a newer and proper size car for me to swap. He also had the car cleaned and ready within 15 min for me to pick up. In the next few days, Ajeet helped me keep the same vehicle through a new booking, so I can extend my trip to look after my mom who had a health issue. He went above and beyond to make the paperwork straightforward, the price reasonable and the drop-off convenient for me. Every time we spoke, Ajeet gave his best wishes to my mom's health, which I am very grateful for. I think the next time I visit Chapel Hill, I will rather bo

We have rented cars from this location several times in the last 5 months and will continue to return here for our rental needs. The customer service at this location is outstanding. Ajit has been particularly helpful in providing information and help to customers, and always with a smile. Rentals are comparable across companies but truthfully, Ajit is the main reason we keep coming back to Avis/Budget!

I really love this Avis location! I have rented cars here multiple times and it is always easy and seamless! The best rental car service I have ever had truly! I was stuck by another person while in one of the rentals. I immediately notified the office and was able to file the report and exchange the car that same day without issue. Friendly and caring service have ALWAYS been true at this location, highly recommend if you are in the area!

Ajit was so amazing! He was the second location I went to because the Mall location on Guess Rd was so unhelpful and didn’t even give me a courtesy call to let me know they had no cars available. Very disappointed in that location but went to Chapel Hill and highly recommend going there instead. Thank you Ajit for being helpful and considerate and making sure the rental process was a delight.

My friendly neighborhood Avis! Have been a great resource for me for the past 4 years as I often rent cars for business travel. Much more convenient than the airport. Thanks, Avis!
