Avis Car Rental

I had a car rented for pick at opening time (8 am). NEITHER of the attendants was there to open on time. They opened 23 minutes late! They also didn't acknowledge they were late or apologize for anything. I have appointments. There is a reason I reserved for right at 8 am. Their lack of ethic and likely the failure of corporate responsibility to curb tardy employees is abhorant. There were three separate customers waiting. Obviously, this location needs a visit from corporate and some retraining of its workforce. Two attendants, BOTH late. Really?

Why 5 stars for an AVIS location? Answer: The staff! Both Tariq and Roxan are fantastic. Helpful, professional, and courteous. I've rented several times from this location and never had a problem. And as someone who has rented from Avis for over 30 years, that's not always the case! Highly recommend this location.

Car is filthy!!!! It smells terrible. the AC is taking forever to cool off. Hood is damaged or has peeling paint. Rep says oh we don't clean cars and I'll just mark the car for damage, and of course they "don't have any other cars available". Who wants to rent a hooptie? No one. Rent a car elsewhere.

Keep calling the store front location and no one answers ever!!!! What kind of business does this? Very unprofessional it’s 10:25 am let me guess there’s one person in the office. Other bad experience called and drove 1.5 hrs to pick up a Uber rental and when I arrived they stated there were no car rentals smh. Lot was full of cars. The black African lady had no remorse and very unpleasant like she needed a few days off to get her attitude together.

Terrible, I made a reservation to pick up a rental and when I arrived to pick it up they told me they don't have any cars and that they tried to call but I received no call. Thankfully I was still able to make a reservation at enterprise. Definitely do not use this location. Poor customer service and you may not get a car when you reserve.
