Avis Car Rental

To the owner of the Avis Car Rental @MBS airport. I used to be a loyal customer of this establishment for the last 8 years and have been first hand witness of the decline. Over the last one year this establishment has quickly move to an unprofessional, racist joint with little or no regard for the customer. Last 5 times I booked, including today, they called me stating they cannot provide me a car 2 hours before my planned pick up time leaving me to cancel my plans. Mind you I am corporate customer and the bookings are done through my office. The new staff here simply don’t bother about the customers. I have mailed the feedback address before but to no avail.

My company and I book Rental cars for the last few months at MBS Saginaw and never have we experience so much unprofessional and disrespectful attitude coming from a sales rep by the name of Shannon. We would book weeks in advance and when we pick the car up it is unavailable and she has a terrible attitude Of assisting when it’s time to rebook. Truly unprofessional to the point, my company tries to book the rental when she’s not there or. When another rep is available. My counterparts have been dealing with this for some time to the point we’re in touch with sales to take our business elsewhere.

I had a major emergency my car I just bought 2 days before this happened broke down and I was 150 miles from home my warranty will fix my car but I needed a rental to get back home and back to MBS airport Monday. The guy who took my reservation lied straight to me to get our reservation he charged me a 75$ deposit and then told us that the remaining balance was to be paid when I drop the car off after I ask 3 times if that was the total amount I needed and 3 times the guy told us yes that's right everything is correct head over and pick up ur rental. Well we get over to MBS airport and had our paperwork and confirmation and everything and Avis there would not honor the agreement and said that he lied to us they didn't even have the car I was told I would be getting. I love Avis. Staff was quick to get me situated with my rental. No attitudes,and no rudeness. This time, they gave me a 2025 Toyota Camery Hybrid. That car was smaller than my impala on the outside, but larger than my on the inside, go figure. And it only took $70 round trip from Michigan to Tennessee and back. I'm thinking about buying it.
