The team at Gales installed awesome running boards on my new Jeep Wrangler. They are sweet! The service department is outstanding as well as the sales department.

Had a vehicle that needed several services. Brake replacement, alignment and diagnostics. Zach and team did a fantastic job with the known issues and determining the unknown ones as well. Repair plan was discussed prior to any work or charges. They weren't pushy on items I chose to skip (tire pressure sensors). The repairs were done quickly and no issues upon return to me. I appreciated the follow up the next week to make sure everything was ok. I will be back if I have any needs with this or other vehicles. Highly recommend if you need anything done!

Im always skeptical using a new mechanic, and after Cliff sold the shop to Gales, and retired, i wasn't sure where to take my vehicles. So I decided to keep it local and give them a try, and I wasn't disappointed at all. The fellas at Gales were great from start to finish. Great service, communication, and work. I took my SUV in for brakes, rotors, and some normal maintenance. The price was fair, done well, and my car was ready well before I got out of work that day. They definitely earned my business. Oh, and the free loaner car was a life saver.

Great service. Nate was able to work me into schedule and communicated with me along the way. Gales was able to fix a couple issues on my 15 year old van! Runs great and awesome to have my remote start working again in these Michigan winter days!!!

I noticed a leak on a Friday afternoon and Gales quickly diagnosed it and ordered a part. I had my car back Monday afternoon. I really appreciate the fast turnaround. They checked in with me about a week later to see if I had any issues. I can honestly say I am impressed with their customer service.
