McDonald Ford

I needed service for my 2022 Superduty I stopped at McDonald Ford and spoke to the service department rep. I was told that they were very busy and that it might be a week or longer before they could get it in. I dropped it off anyway, The next day I was was told that the problem had been diagnosed and that the parts were ordered. Two days later i was told that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. I did not expect to get it back so soon. I appreciate them getting it done so quickly when I had not scheduled an appointment.

Just got charged 70 at quick lane for an oil change to wait an hour and a half plus the labor time so i dont understand why i have to pay thirty dollars extra for service quality at the dealer we bought the vehicle from when penzoil on state does it for fortyfive thats including tip and new wipers in 40 minutes flat .also they charged 100 to clean a dirty sensor for check engine light on our other vehicle . Would not recommend this place its bad for business and good for scalping people and you can take that to the bank .

McDonald Ford is by far the best dealership around. Joe yax and Rick plum went above and beyond getting me something drive while truck was in service. Dianna and Kyle were excellent in service. Got my truck fixed correctly and working great. Would recommend them to everyone

Horrible experience with the service department. Dropped our vehicle off Wednesday evening for a 8am Thursday service appointment. We called Thursday evening for an update as we had not heard anything back. Was told they had not looked at it yet but it would be looked at first thing Friday morning. Called back Friday evening, again after no updates were given, only to get voicemails and no answer (called about 10mins before closing). Called Saturday morning hoping for some answers, spoke to sales who said they couldn’t see any updates in the system but would put in a note to have someone from service call us first thing Monday. Monday rolls around called for an update and again was told no one had looked at it yet, no notes were placed in our account for a call back, but it would be looked
