Avis Car Rental

I recently booked a rental car through Costco and had a very disappointing experience at this location. When we arrived to return the car, the front door was locked. I assume this may have been for safety reasons, but it was still frustrating, especially because the only phone number posted on the door was their main headquarters’ customer service line. The representatives who answered had no way to contact the specific location, so we were left standing outside in cold, rainy Washington weather. After about ten minutes, someone finally came out from the back and let us in. Unfortunately, the experience only went downhill from there. The employee who helped me was extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure if she was annoyed that we knocked on the door several times or if she simply hates her

Great customer service. We had a delayed flight and arrived 5 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The agent was polite, kind and easy to talk to. Ask for Breanna she was wonderful!

Avis rental car in South Tacoma way has got to be the best experience in renting a car I have ever had. No hustle amazing vehicle and even better price please do not waste your time looking for other rental car agencies these guys treat you proper and treat you like real people who have money to spend the environment is clean and smells amazing too Its very rare when I give someone or a company 5 stars but these guys get 7 out of 5

Crystal,Avis, everyone connected.....I don't care what the survey says when it comes to the maximum rating scale ..... I would like to say that this rental location gets a 100/100!!!! I have been treated with so much dignity, respect and greeted with a smile everytime I have rented here. They have ensured everytime that my rental process is smooth, fast and efficient. The staff and management are so kind and caring. With this experience, I don't plan on renting with anyone else, anytime soon unless "NECESSARY"!! I recently rented a car from Avis rental, I made the rental through the hopper app. The Hopper app indicated I would be renting a Toyota Camry however, when I got to the rental, the only thing they had available was a RAV4. It worked out fine for me because I was just concerned about mileage gas mileage. The process for picking up the car was pretty seamless, the customer service was pleasant and attentive. The return of the vehicle was a very streamlined process. I just gave the key and they sent me my receipt by email. Other than taxes, there were no additional charges to the rate I had been quoted on Hopper. I was very happy with my experience with them and would definitely recommend them to others. I did ensure that the vehicle was clean on inside and outside when I returned
