The wait time, although you preregister and confirm, is still ridiculously long. Throw in computers that don't work, forget it, now you're just waiting even more annoyed. Employees are pleasant, but they should have the technology needed to make transactions smoother, especially at an airport. Technology, like the ability to use Apple/Google wallet should just be an option. Outdated technology just prolongs the process. Overall experience is fine but waiting is a bit much.

The employees that work here especially Dawn go above and beyond to help you. They always explain the policies well and make sure everything is ready to go. Have been using them for years and have never been let down.

If I can say I had the opportunity to work with the most incredible individual, Naim. I booked a reservation online, got to the store. There was nothing showing up. I called corporate, they could not help me. Naim works at the Medford location and took care of everything. It’s pretty stressful when your new car stops working. Then to not have your reservation show. But Naim took care of everything. I highly recommend this location.

Dawn was amazing. The car was so great. I want to buy the Prius next. She was great. The car was clean. Just great service with a smile
