I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My rental is unaligned, and I don’t feel safe driving it, especially with the weather forecast. The agent was clueless about the company's car exchange policy and lied, claiming there were no vehicles available, even though two dispatchers assured me the location had multiple cars available. My husband even called, and unbeknownst to her, she said they had vehicles available, while telling me otherwise! She claimed the vehicle exchange policy was embedded in my contract. After I refuted her claim, instead of apologizing and doing right by me, her ignorant self decided to act obnoxiously! Both employees — a male representative and a female representative whose name, I believe, starts with an “R” — are consistently efficient, patient, and professional every time I visit. What truly sets them apart is how gracefully they handle even the most difficult customers. I’ve watched them navigate challenging situations with kindness, calmness, and unwavering professionalism. Their dedication creates a welcoming, stress-free experience that’s hard to find elsewhere. AVOID this AVIS (Independently Owned) location at 315 Garrisonville Rd, Stafford, VA—unprofessional, unsafe, and rude across the board! I had an absolutely terrible experience here and feel compelled to warn others. I reserved and prepaid a vehicle online for pick-up on Monday, February 16, 2026, with return on Saturday, February 21, 2026. The website showed the vehicle as available, and I received confirmation. Ten minutes later, I got a voicemail saying they didn’t have the vehicle and that I “needed to give them a heads up” due to a shortage. Nowhere on the site did it say that online availability might be inaccurate or that I had to call ahead. How is a customer supposed to know that?
