Whenever I need a rental car for work or personal use there is no better place than Avis/Budget rental at the Toledo express airport. Tammy and her employees are always helpful, provide clean reliable vehicles, are professional, and willing to work with you. I highly recommended this location. I’ve used this location MANY times for business travel. Great people, quality vehicles, and fast reliable service.

I had a reservation at this location set for 3:30 06/25/25 and this reservation was previously a reservation set for the Ottawa Hills location however they called me a few hours before my reservation time and said they had no vehicles. I in turn had my reservation moved to this location at the airport. The lady on the phone GUARANTEED this location had cars available. I was called from this location 15 minutes before my reservation time, as I was literally about to pull into the parking lot and told they had no cars. Unfortunately the lady on the phone couldn't possibly care any less. I explained that we were leaving for vacation as soon as we picked up this vehicle and now we have no other travel options. Had a great experience with Avis. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. The car was spotless and felt like new. Really appreciated how clean and well-kept it was. Solid service all around, I’d definitely rent from them again.

As a a super well traveled avid prefered, having been to all 50 major airports in the country I can tell you this is the worst of them all. This location struggles maintaining a proper inventory, clean cars and most importantly, staff that is kind, friendly, caring and supportive. The car that I rented smelled like mariguana, we found buds of weed all over and the worst!! The car had nearly no tire threads.- you guessed it right, I had not only one but two flat tires(different tire each time). When I called to ask for a car to exchange (literally as I was picking up the car) they were out of inventory and care to help. I was promised a refund by Avis and it never came.
