Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Recently rented from airport location when flying in for a family emergency, the gentleman at the desk got the 5 stars alone for his outstanding customer service, the ease of the check in pick up and drop off process was because of him. Watched him help another couple ahead of me at drop off and he was just as patient with clear directions for them as well. Vehicle was clean and in good shape have tried other rental companies at airports but will always use enterprise at this location when possible only thing I would change would be parking spaces closer to the building but that’s an airport thing and me being used to FL weather thing now not an enterprise thing

I’ve rented from this place twice, and both times I got an upgraded car. Becky, who works at the counter, is always friendly and helpful. She even called me when I left something in my rental car. I suggest booking your car here early. By the time they close at 5 p.m., all the cars might be gone. I saw one family whose flight was delayed try to book a car while waiting in line at 4:30, but by the time they got to the counter at 5:30, there were no cars left. The associate couldn’t see their reservation earlier because the computer system glitched and had to be restarted. She felt bad for them, but there was nothing she could do since the system wouldn’t let her release more vehicles.

Whenever and wherever it wanted to visit or travel to another city, I always went to this place and to rent a car. Enterprise has always new and beautiful cars with very less Mileage. The staff here is very respectful and helpful. I rented car many times with enterprise and always had a great experience. It is and will always be my number one choice.

After our original rental broke down, Corporate sent a tow truck to pick up and deliver us a new one. He got there 30-45 minutes before closing. Swanton refused to help, cursed at my husband and closed up shop while the driver corporate and my husband were still trying to get them to help. We are still sitting stranded 2 hours from home with our three children.
