Budget Car Rental

Had an excellent experience renting at this location. I booked through Costco which helped me save a bit. I originally booked the cheapest car/economy sized, but was pleasantly upgraded to a mid-size sedan (2025 Mazda 3) free of charge, which had just a little over 1000 miles which was nice. Entire experience was smooth and I would recommend. Just be aware that when you pay, you may see a +$200 deposit on your card. This was reversed for me after returning.

The car wasn't very clean. The windshield was dirty on the inside. It had over spray from them wiping down the dash. The body had scratches.

Leaving this review in hopes someone will get in contact with me. Rented a car last week and have been trying to call, but to no avail. My partner left a bag in the car we rented. If someone could please get in contact with me, I'll happily change the review to a 5. Edit: Improved to a 5, their customer support shipped the makeup bag to me across two states. Had a great experience!

Don't bother calling this place in an attempt to contact anyone. I called numerous times with no answer. I called the corporate line and they told me there is nothing they can do to help or resolve the issue.... The car was nice and brand new which was a plus. They gave me a Toyota Camry which gets 30 mpg but I ordered a Corolla because it gets over 40 mpg. It makes a difference when your driving 12 or 13 hours away...

Great experience with the rental process until turning the car in. They tried to charge me an additional $130 for fuel when in fact I had just filled the tank. Happen to check my e-receipt while walking to the terminal and found the additional charge and had to go back and dispute it with the lot guy and then get in line at the desk. I was able to get it right but that’s not the point. How man corporate travelers never look at the receipt and see that they are hitting you with an unexpected charge?
