National Car Rental

This National location is not like your typical service counter at most major airports. They have a very poor selection of cars and they have no Executive Counter. They even tried to offer me a very filthy BMW that wasn't cleaned. Good luck!

Terrible experience. My husband uses national on a regular basis. Called national ahead of time- they confirmed we could use the emerald counter like the Emerald Isle at the airport location. Airport wouldn’t let us choose vehicle. Ruined our first day of our trip.

What I appreciated most about my experience with National Car Rental was how fast and efficient Ben was in getting me checked in and out. The entire process took less than five minutes! He clearly outlined the available vehicle options, allowing me to choose the one that suited me best. The car was spotless and had a full tank of gas. I also found it easy to extend my rental without any issues. Additionally, I loved that Ben took the time to call and confirm my arrival when I was running late; it made me feel valued beyond just a transaction.

Graduation weekend so cars were at a premium. We went with the only vehicle available and it turned out to have been smoked in (despite the signs at the airport and inside the car that it was a non-smoking vehicle). My wife is very sensitive to smoke and this car reeked. The young man at the counter after we brought the car back searched and found us another vehicle and it was perfect. My experience has been almost always the customer service is very helpful.

National Car rental at Toledo Express was an awesome and quick experience with keys and a clean car we were on our way in no time!
