Ginger helped me step by step with the whole process of renting from start to finish, while educating me about how ubering with avis works. I recently needed to rent a car on short notice at the Avis in Wilmington, Delaware, just as a snowstorm was hitting. Casey Jones, the owner, was incredibly helpful and managed to secure a vehicle for me despite the chaotic weather and high demand. From the minute I arrived, Casey was professional and reassuring. She found the perfect car for me quickly, even with the pressure of the storm. Her calm and attentive manner really made all the difference. I love this Avis I use it for my Uber rentals, I personally deal with Casey she works Mondays at the Philly Pike location, she is great and always polite. Cindy is also great and helpful when I stop in with any questions or concerns. So stop in rent a car you will have a great rental experience.

I needed a car for Uber and had been to 5 Avis's to be told they hadn't had any cars for months. (in an annoyed expression)This location had cars ! The best part was Ginger!
