What a great and professional service team! The lady at the front desk was very pleasant! The owner was on site, he greeted me kindly and professionally as well as all the other customers. The owner also ensured we were all completely comfortable during our wait and satisfied with service's performed! I recommend AW’s Auto Service and Tires LLC to any and everyone! In my experience, the service in this place was extremely poor. I went there because I had an emergency with my tire and I got stranded on the street. That place being the closest instead of helping, the staff refused to help us. His attitude made us feel unwelcome. The lack of empathy in an emergency situation was very, very disappointing with a lot of lack of empathy and helping the needy and for no reason to leave us without help. The manager said that it was his right not to want to help people if he didn't want to, it was something so sad that we cried.

First-time patron to have a NC Safety and Emissions Inspection performed on my 2007 Toyota Tundra. Customer service was top-notch! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional. I was in and out in approximately 10 minutes! I’m very satisfied with the service and I’ll definitely return.

Ayesha was the front desk person, that was absolutely amazing! Her happy, joyful, warm, connecting personality made me feel like my first time at the shop, had been a daily occurrence over years. She deserves a raise & promotion. Alex was on top of his job, making sure as soon as I pulled up he addressed my issues & went above & beyond while being busy with another customer. I'm so happy I drove the extra 15 minutes to go to this shop instead of the other one. I wish u all were located in my city but I will tell everyone in town to use ur location.
