I recently took my car to Axton Automotivein Ferndale, WA, for a routine oil change and vehicle inspection. I had a truly excellent experience. The team was honest and professional. They provided a clear breakdown of a couple items that needed attention now as well as something we will have to keep an eye on. They were not pushy at all about upselling the service. This honesty greatly impressed me. The maintenance was performed efficiently and the quality of the service easily earns them a five star rating. Everyone at the office was friendly and actually listened to my concerns. The mechanics provided me with a fair quote within a few hours of dropping it off. They had my car back with new brakes, an oil change, and a transmission flush less than 24 hours later. They were very honest and upfront with the details on my car, I will be returning the next time I need something done.

They truly went the extra mile. They did a very thorough job, vacuumed my car, installed anti-rodent bags to avoid future accidents. All of my questions were promptly answered—which is sadly hard to come by. I can confidently say that I’ll be a return customer. Thank you:)
