I was referred to Eugene by several friends and coworkers, and he absolutely lived up to the recommendation. Communication was clear and easy throughout the process. He was able to get my car in right away for an inspection and promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment to complete the necessary repairs. He was very accommodating with my work schedule, which made the process stress-free. All the work was completed in one day, and my car is running noticeably better. I truly appreciate the quality service and would highly recommend him to others.

I do reviews often on Google. Not often however do I get to sit down and write a perfect review. Eugene, with Excel Auto Repair, in Ferndale, would be given more stars if possible. I'm driving down Imhof Road on a cool dark evening...and my car simply quits. Just stopped running. With a previous vehicle that acted just like this, it was a fuel pump. I went to Excel Auto and talked with Eugene. He said it was probably not the fuel pump (he was correct). I was impressed with Eugenes passion to tackle the issue near immediately, I could tell he has a busy business, but he made me feel like my vehicle was the most important issue to him at that moment. Eugene is responsive and very easy to work with. I’ve had great luck getting in quickly, he works efficiently, and is fairly priced. In addition to fixing the issues I had, I appreciate him giving the car a look over and pointing out other issues that need addressing shortly.
