Took truck in for timing chain replacement . They said at worst it would be 5k and 3 business days. 3 weeks and 8.5k later I get my truck back but now it is smoking because of cracked valve cover ( was told smoke was from oil spilled on exhaust during repair and I now have a strong running truck). Drove truck less than 300 miles and both turbos went out. Truck has 77k miles on it. TOWED back to Willands, they want 6.5k more to fix. They cracked valve cover causing oil leak, causing turbos to go bad. They don't honor their warranty, saying they didn't touch turbos, which may be true, but they did Crack valve cover. They never gave written estimate, very rude on phone and in person. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop.

Had my old1997 Ford F150 towed in due to the brakes were not working properly. I didn’t realize how bad the brakes were. All rotors, pads, calipers and parking brake drums replaced. Worked with Eric he was detailed in his approach to resolving the issues. Had the truck back in a couple of days. Great vibe in the shop you can tell they enjoy what they do and working together.

These guys know their stuff. Brought my work truck in to get an oil change. They noticed that the coolant was watered down and in need of changing so they put me on the schedule. Great overall experience.

These guys are on top of their game. We take all our family vehicles here and they have never let us down. They communicate with you, are reliable, honest, and fair priced. Plus back up all the work they do. Fixed stuff for free because they were already there. Can't ask for more or better service. Highly recommend.

Its RARE for me to give a 1 star review. I've lived in this county over 40 years & I lived in Ferndale for 5 years, thought I could trust Willands. I was headed to an oil change at Valvoline in ferndale & my 2016 Honda crvbegan losing power. Seemed like a battery or fuel issue. Limped into Valvoline & they did a FREE quickie diagnostic & pinpointed to a problem with the fuel system. My regular mechanic was not available so I had my car towed to Willands. My husband came in with me. Eric stated that normally their price to run a diagnostic was $260 bucks but they were "running a special" and it would "only" be 160 bucks. After reminding him that Valvoline had already pinpointed the general issue I asked again the price and he said 160 bucks. I got a quote of 2600, less tax to fix the fuel
