Five star Outstanding Service and True Problem Solvers I am posting this for my incredible boyfriend Courtney who is currently on the road ~ life of a trucker. He was over the moon happy and took the time to write the review below. I had the pleasure of working with David (customer service) and Chris (technician/mechanic), and I can confidently say Pape Kenworth is the most thorough and professional shop I’ve ever dealt with in the Ferndale, Washington area. David went above and beyond — even calling me on his day off to inform me that the wrong exhaust pipe had been ordered and that the correct flex exhaust would cost more.
