I wish I could give them a zero star review but unfortunately I cannot buy far the most inconsiderate owner of a dealer after buying my sister two cars there he let me walk away with $7300 over $200. This is not a country where you exploited the masses this is America the land of the free where every citizen in the United States should be respected anyways I’m glad that he did not take the money for that junk of a car that he had as every car I checked, had no gas, black oil and missing quarts of oil thank God I found a car for my sister at a reliable car dealer in Springfield, Massachusetts see Orchard Wrecking in Springfield, Massachusetts see Robbie. He’s a better business person family owned business.

Brought my Ford Fusion in with a coolant leak and couldn’t be happier with the service. They diagnosed the issue fast, explained what was wrong in plain terms, and got it fixed without upselling or surprises. Fair price, solid work, and the car is running perfectly now. Bought a Subaru forester with them, he was direct and upfront about my financing options . It worked great with my situation and the car was mint . A couple days later it had a thermostat issue and he took it in and fixed it. Amazing customer service and reliable service . I’ll be coming here again for my next vehicle purchase for sure .

Honestly, this is such a good and reliable mechanic shop. They always go out of their way to help me and they’re very truthful and honest. Luis is a really good mechanic and he makes such a difference!!! Definitely recommend them for fixing any issues with your car.
