I just called this place to see if I needed an appointment for a collision estimate. I was told that I would have to leave the vehicle and it would cost me $250. The reason given was that because people get estimates and then they don’t do anything. Isn’t that the point of an estimate? Must mean they’re really expensive. It does say on their website that they give free estimates. What a crooked business.

While trying to get up to Rapid City my Jeep kept overheating on I-25 north of Ft. Collins. I ended up spending the night at the Super 8 and the lady at the front desk recommended T and T Auto Center in Cheyenne. I got to T and T first thing in the morning, and even though they were busy with other repairs they went out of their way to help me. They got my Jeep fixed up with a new water pump and thermostat the same day so I could get back to my family. This is an amazing shop with incredible owners and staff. I really cannot say enough nice things about this shop, and I am so glad to know they are there for when I'm driving through on I-25. And to Marla and Billy, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

They were so kind. Moving into the area from Colorado I got a notice my tire pressure was low. Tried using one of the machines at the gas station but it wasn’t getting air. Pulled up to them and asked if them could just put air in it.. well come to find out I had a pretty nice sized screw in my tire that wasn’t letting air hold at all. They patched the tire for me and told me to not worry about payment just to get me back on the road! Thank you for being so incredibly kind and getting me on my way! ONE OF THE MOST AMAZING BODY SHOPS IN CHEYENNE!! We took our Kia Optima to get the body work done after getting it maintenance at Meineke . They are such amazing people! Owner kept me up to date on everything. She rushed all the parts to come in due to myself not having another vehicle. She even told me “you can call me tomorrow if you need a ride to work, I am willing to give you ride”. She even tracked down FedEx herself since they were taking awhile to deliver my bumper to her, so she went ahead and tracked them down & got it herself just so I can have my car by tomorrow. Like what other bodyshop would do that for a customer?? Definitely going back whenever we need work done!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
