A lesson in “How to Ensure I Never Come Back to Your Shop Again” Can’t say I can recommend this place. Two stars because the gal at the front desk was very nice and none of this review is really her fault. Where it all falls apart is when she called the tech to the front desk. Right from the start I could tell that my small project was of no interest to him. They claimed that the glass I brought in that I wanted cut was tempered (it wasn’t, and I know because I took it to another shop). Then they tried to say that new glass to my measured specifications was going to cost 3x what I paid for the glass I brought in and that it would be a minimum of 1-2 weeks to turn around. Tell me you’re not interested in my business, without telling me you’re not interested in my business. Lucky for me,

B&W damaged an antique heirloom table that I had just spent $550 refinishing. I took it in for a glass top for protection, when it was ready the older lady wanted to put it in my car instead of waiting for one of the men to assist. After banging it around she tried to shove it in my trunk, severely damaging the surface. I didn't realize what was happening until it was too late. I was upset, understandably, but not to the manager. He cussed me and my elderly mother out. I guess I offended his sensibilities by swearing a little. He insisted he knows someone who can fix it, I'll pass, spend another few hundred and go somewhere I trust. The glass didn't even fit, it was all for nothing. I have never been treated that way, I'm sure he wouldn't have spoken to a man like that.

Jim and Neil from B&W Glass repaired my windows and screens that were damaged in a hail storm. They did a very professional job and were also very pleasant and helpful. I am very pleased with the finished result and I will definitely call B&W for any other work that I need to have done. Awesome customer service!!

Call to see about repair to home window. Was told they were short handed and could not make appointment until 3rd week of September. Short handed not my problem.

Just had my front window replaced by B&W today. The staff and installer were all very friendly and my window came in way ahead of schedule. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience.
