What can I say. Honestly, there is no one better. I bought the vehicle on March 21, 2024. The vehicle broke down the following day. I called Braeden at B2 Auto. He responded a little later but was communicative and set up an appointment last minute for the Saturday morning. Being today. At first glance, Braeden seemed young (you know how that goes) I was wrong. He was very knowledgeable. He was very honest . He was very communicative. He was very reasonable. He was definitely quick and meticulous. He broke down all the problems and gave me options on which problems were immediate and which weren’t without trying to upsale me on unnecessary repairs. I have a 2012 Ford expedition and I was having problems with a loud noise while driving and I called Braeden over the phone and explained when it happened and what it sounded like and he was able to diagnose my problem with my vehicle through the phone! And it was right turns out it was the wheel bearing and he was able to diagnose it! Great guy easy communication and even talked me through what to do would 100% use him again to call him out and help me with anything I need great service and great communication

Talk about clutch. Braeden was very professional and extremely reasonable when it came to needing my truck fixed. My AC went out 3 weeks ago, and with failure from other companies, Braeden came out in a timely manner and fixed my AC in about an hour saving me misery and money. I highly recommend giving him a shout for anything. I have some other issues that I will definitely be calling him on.

Braeden came by my house and helped fix up an old VW Jetta I have. There was issues with the alternator and main fuse and he got me taken care of quickly and at a very reasonable labor cost. I will definitely be using him for any future car concerns!
