Had my clutch go out leaving me stranded on the side of the highway. Called Michael and he agreed to take a look at it. Once I arrived I asked about another small issue and he let me know he would take a look at those as well as a visual inspection of the entire vehicle. His recommendations were spot on and he got the work done quickly and for a good price. He will be my go to mechanic for any issues in the future.

I came to the shop on two different occasions for my car having issues starting and it kept completely stopping on me. I informed him of my extended warranty which he didn’t use either time. First he told me my filter I got during my last oil change wasn’t the correct one. So he charged me about $140 for the diagnostic fee and oil change. Before leaving I asked him if still have the same issues would he charge another diagnostic fee. He said no. Less than 2 days later I was still wasn’t start up issues. He gave me a new diagnosis and wanted to change me $600 for throttle body issues. I went to pick up my car to go elsewhere he insisted I pay the diagnostic fee anyways. Oh and he never even called my warranty company. When I asked why he said he forgot. I was taken advantage of. $250 for

I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received from Michael. He diagnosed my 2012 Nissan Altima same day, and was able to complete major to semi major repairs in a day turnaround. I was using a different shop before this, and was disappointed by their level of service the past couple months. I was able to review a detailed invoice to approve the work, and notes on the need for each repair. I will definitely use him again in the future. If you have a Nissan vehicle, he is master certified!

Pop's Auto was able to squeeze in last minute repairs on our older vehicle right before a road trip. They did an excellent job and were very fair priced. They're our new first stop for any mechanic work.
