My brother and I bought our bikes from Houston MotorSports Texas City (when it was open) and we’ve had the greatest customer service experience ever from both Texas City and Webster locations. He bought his Yamaha Bolt and I bought my Yamaha R7. Anytime we need anything, we would call them and they would get it taken care of. The turn around time is phenomenal. I recently traded in the R7 for a Ducati and I called them to verify they could do some work to it, sadly no however, they are working on getting new equipment there to be able to. We will continue to take our bikes tho the Webster location for services and whatever other accessories we may need for them. Two years of going to the Webster location and we look forward to many more years to come.

I took my 2021 Superjet in for an overall checkup. The whole experience was quick and efficient. Joshua was very helpful and Bradley, the tech and manager, was excellent. I had a chance to talk with Bradley about my service and he seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ll absolutely bring my Waverunners back here. The experience was so good that any future watercraft that I buy will be Yamaha so that I can service them here.

Took my MT-09 for new rim and tires. The crew was amazing. They unloaded, loaded and strapped my baby as if it was their own. I also took my older 2001 v-start in for new tires and service checkup beings i hadn’t rode her in almost a year. The service manager Bradley was extremely honest and told me i would be spending more money than the bike was worth. I 100% recommended this place for honest family like customer service.

Great service. The guys are always polite and helpful with any of my questions. Bradly is a great service manager. He’s done service on both of my bikes and they’re running great! Will be back
