We came in on a semi busy day and it only took about 5 minutes before car was pulled up to view. A huge selection of drinks and coffee (real Starbucks beans) ground for your pleasure. None of the ridiculous questions that gauge how much you can or can’t spend. Prices are no haggle , so the price you see is what you pay with tax , title and license. Even the fees that are tacked on are minimal and are stated very clearly , so even a novice can read the sheet and understand what is being charged. We had a pleasant experience here with Eduardo. We had a few issues which were dealt with promptly and he held great communication with us about everything. Service people need to double check their work and what they say to customers. They forgot to plug back in my tail lights and when calling about my car they repeatedly gave me the wrong info. But everything else was great so I'd give them 5 stars. We love our Hyundai

Good shopping experience, nice collection of low mileage vehicles are available in the store. Staff are very professional, finance team uses advanced, seamless & zero paperwork systems. Zero pressure from sales personnel and one no haggle price offers a stress free shopping. Overall very positive and impressive shopping experience for me.

Outstanding auto buying experience from start to finish at Emmons Autoplex! I’ve purchased quite a few cars in the past, but this was by far my best experience yet! They even provided complementary Starbucks coffee as an added bonus. ☕️ Their Sales Associate, Kevin, was outstanding to work with. He answered all my questions and provided a very detailed vehicle history report. I then finalized my purchase experience with Brooke, their Finance Manager, who as you guessed it, was outstanding to work with as well!
