I purchased a soft V strap bridal on Amazon. I hooked it up completely wrong and tore it up. Sandi in customer service took great care of me. She connected me to Rene and he gave me advise on the correct product to use for my application and Sandi shipped me a new appropriate chain bridal at no charge. Called it an accommodation. That doesn’t happen these days. Purchase BA Products. Customer service if required is second to none. Check out their products and you will find what you’re looking for and the quality you expect. Thank you BA Products !!!
I ordered a container chain through these guys. First it was lost through shipping they was supposed to overnight it. It showed up a month later. I refused it I had to buy a chain from another company. They cheated me.
People are very nice and load you as fast as they can. However, it was a very tight spot getting in. Other than that. I wouldn't mind coming back again
