There a reason this place has so many reviews and only a 4.0…. I first called them to see if I needed an appointment or if I could come in and wait for my car… the mechanic on the phone was rude, but I gave them a shot anyways as I had just moved to Mt. Sterling and needed to find a new mechanic. Well, I took my car in for new tires, a wheel bearing repair and exhaust leak repair. They did the job fairly quickly at a reasonable price which was great- but as soon as I pulled into my driveway, there was smoke coming from my hood. They broke my radiator collar and the coolant hose would no longer stay attached to the radiator causing my engine to continuously overheat after about 10 minutes of driving. I also now have quarts of coolant everywhere under my hood. I had NEVER had an issue like t

My son had a flat tire after hitting a driveshaft on the interstate. Bailey’s took care of his rim and tire. They were very professional and kind. We really appreciate it!

Man what more can I say, my car unexpectedly had the alternator start going out, everywhere online said 800-1000 to get it fixed in a shop but these guys?? These guys?? Did it in less then 500 and not only that but gave me a ride home upon dropoff. I cannot say enough good things about them!

I took my truck in because the air suspension was messing up. They listen to what I had to say and helped me fix the problem. Love this place. Even people like me who don’t even live in the state they treat well. Way to go Bailies! Will continue to use them when I’m in town!

Actually, they've been good here, we just moved here from Michigan, and we not only had to have brakes replaced, but after that a clip on the brakes needed to be replaced as well. When the clip needed to be replaced they didn't charge us, they were honest, and you don't see that too often from other places, we'll definitely go here again!
