The best experience yet! I have used several local service providers and Bairds tops them all. Great price, friendly and helpful staff/technicians. They asked questions without the ‘upscale’. Fast without rushing. I’ve lived in Bloomington for ever, I can’t believe this is my first time. I’m a believer that good service still exists !

I’ve been very happy with Baird’s. Their shuttle service makes things super convenient; their text messages - with pictures, evaluations, and priority ranking of work that needs doing - are great; everyone at Baird’s has been friendly and professional; plus, they’ve got complimentary coffee and snacks! Keep up the great work guys.

I will always take my car to this garage!! Staff is so nice and very honest they truly just want to get your car up and running! I called another garage for them to just check out my car and they said it's $200 up front, not even including the repairs!!!! Baird said they will check it out and if they find anything then they will charge, which is totally fair!! They are very transparent and so helpful!! Thank you so much we are beyond lucky to have an honest garage in Bloomington/ Normal!!!

I've been looking for a shop in town to make my go-to place for oil changes and repairs - the guys at Baird's did not disappoint! I brought my car in for repairs after another shop did a bad brake job and they eased my concerns from the first visit. And every visit since then has gone well and been affordable too. I trust when leaving their shop that my car is in the best driving condition it can be.

First time going to Baird's, I only went to those quick lube places, I bought a new car and referred to Baird's by my sister. Very Pleased, they checked over everything. You can just drop in, no appointment necessary, nice snack bar and drinks while u wait, It is definitely my New place to get my Oil Changed, the price was the same at those other places and they check a lot more.
