Grease Monkey

Had an oil change ( synthetic ) and an Air Filter. Great service as always. I wanted the Blended synthetic oil but they only offer full Synthetic... wasn't expecting it to cost this much.. Dealer charges $75.00 + air filter would be . But, it is what it is.. still GREAT SRTVICE.

These people advertise a $30 oil change on their website and shrug it off when they charge you three times that amount. I went in and asked if my coupon would apply and was blown off by the employee, who just asked for my keys. I literally said the words "I have a coupon for a $30 oil change," and he said "yeah, that should be fine." They then worked on my car for twenty minutes without informing me, the person spending his hard-earned money, that the coupon wasn't valid, thereby tripling the amount of cash I'm expected to fork over. Apparently, because my car uses synthetic oil (as do most cars manufactured for the past two decades), they were unable to honor this coupon. First time going to this location, I have previously used Speed Lube but they mishandled my last oil change. So I decided to switch to Grease Monkey. Anthony was very informative, he printed out a list of services that need to be done sooner rather than later but didn’t pressure me into anything. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

I always have great service here. They are quick and efficient and fairly priced. Apparently they have new management and I have to say, he was super nice and professional. My service tech was Anthony and he was great!! Very nice and HONEST (not pushy with trying to upsell services) He explained all that was done and recommended services needed without trying to take advantage of my lack knowledge. I will continue to take all my vehicles here and definitely recommend this location. And while I am sure that all of the techs are good and know what they are doing, but if you can get Anthony, your experience will be smooth, quick, and pleasant.

I had recently got a bad/leaking oil change from a Take 5 and William helped me replace the oil cap and topped it off for me here. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, will come again. I appreciate the service!
