Discount Tire

Jacob was absolutely phenomenal. When my tire went flat, I felt very anxious about getting them replaced. I had to find the nearest Discount Tire, and unfortunately the closest one was about an hour away. This was my first time in Normal, and I’m happy to say this location was a pleasant experience. Jacob was very professional and helpful in guiding me through choosing the right tires. The staff overall were friendly and welcoming. If I ever need anything again, I will definitely come back here. Thank you!

Excellent service, scheduled an appointment to replace my tires and paid online, walked in, and all the employees were super nice and chill, didn't try to upsell me on anything else, and they (the guy at the desk) actually added a protection package that I didn't wanna pay $40 for online and used a code to reduce the price so I ended up getting a $20 rebate on my tires and a free protection package without me even complaining or asking. Estimate was 45-60 mins and job was done in 30 during a seemingly busy hour. Thanks to everyone there highly reccomend this place, they treat everyone with respect and don't try to bs you if you know what you want!! Thank you!!

This store has top notch service and a helpful and caring staff. There was a communication error and my wheels unfortunately did not arrive for my appointment. To make things right, the staff did everything possible to take care of my situation. I drove an hour to get to the store, and I was dismayed at the situation. Thankfully everything was made possible and I was able to actually drive off in a set that I kind of liked more! Special thanks to Jonathan! He and the rest of the crew deserves every raise and bonus in the world! I'll be back for sure!

The staff at Normal were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They plugged the tire at no cost to me with no attempt to sell tires I did not yet need. I have had a good experience with Discount every time I've dealt with them, and will very likely see them when I am ready for new tires.

Called, scheduled an appointment, and got 4 new tires installed on the same day. Brought my own rims in and that was no problem. They weren't sure the new smaller rims were going to fit over the calipers so they kindly didn't charge for anything until the end. The mechanics all worked well together and provided great customer service. Before I called I found the tires I wanted online. The website said they were in stock at the location I called, but they were not. Ended up going with a different perfectly fine set that was in stock, but just don't assume that what the site says is in stock actually is.
