I had an excellent experience with Baker's Wrecker Service over the Thanksgiving holiday. From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond. The driver Ralph arrived sooner than expected, handled my vehicle with care, and clearly explained every step of the process. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable, fast, and genuinely helpful towing service. They turned a frustrating day into a smooth, worry-free experience. Would absolutely call them again!

While decorating Cabins late at night for the holidays on a rainy foggy night, I nearly backed my Honda Odyssey off of Cliff in one of the remotes Resorts where it was very dark. My back wheels were hanging off the cliff being held by a small sapling tree… Needless to say my nerves were shot. Bakers was not fast by any means, but Ralph showed up to save the day. He was quite the fellow very colorful and spirited lol he definitely made the situation much lighter and did a great job. Pulling my van out with safety in mind very thankful and grateful and happy to have met him and had small talk. Great fellow great company and they charge very fairly. Thank you so much bakers.

Got my car out of the ditch during the winter storm, they were prompt and the driver was great, even tipped him some beer money. But the cost for the service was steep, I could’ve got a tow to a shop for 1/2 the price it cost them to wench my car out the ditch. Made my trip to the mountains cost me double for my mistake.

Excellent service James the driver did a stellar job getting my vehicle home he is a awesome driver he was able to get my car in the exact parking space . and my drive way is not easy to drive up . When it is raining and wet but James did a excellent job. Thank you James and thank you Bakers. Wonderful service. I will highly recommend .

While on vacation in Sevierville TN my new Honda Odyssey had an issue with the sliding door. It only had 3400 miles on it. We were on a girls trip, had just arrived at the cabin and couldn’t drive it. Called Honda Roadside Assistance the next morning and they hooked me up with Bakers Wrecker Service. They were there within a couple of hours and got the van on a rollback. Sam was awesome. I was anxious watching him loading it questioning every move because it looked as if the tire was going to go over the edge. He was so kind and patient and reassuring and of course knew what he was doing! Sam even took the time to call me once he dropped it off at the dealership so I knew it had arrived safely. Eased my mind during a very stressful situation. Thank You!
