Petra, the service advisor/office manager, is really friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and highly efficient. She goes "out of her way" to accommodate your vehicle needs and desires. The master tech, Shepard, is a true master with cars (a fantastic diagnostician and repair tech), and he's a great guy on top of that. I brought my wife's 2016 Jetta Hybrid for a major service, and they did a fantastic job, really quickly, and at a very reasonable price. What's more, they are really honest as they tell you what things need to be addressed right away, what things can wait to be addressed, and the things that technically are in disrepair but don't really need to be addressed unless they bother you. This is truly and awesome place to take your German-make vehicles.

I took my 2015 Porsche 911 turbo s to Baldwin's for an oil change as their prices seemed more reasonable than other shops. They finished the oil change on time. When I got home, I noticed coolant dripping from the rear. I immediately called them as I thought it was oil. The owner immediately called me back and told me that to be safe I should not to drive the car. When I checked the coolant level was full. They arranged, at their cost, a flat bed to pick up the car. On examination (pressure test) it was determined that the coolant cap (they had checked the coolant) was likely old and not sealing well. They replaced the cap at their cost. No more leaks. I was impressed with their commitment to their custmers, honesty and highly recommend them.

I brought my 2008 VW Passat to Baldwin's to look into a cooling system issue. Brian diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs. Top-quality work I am confident is done properly. This same issue was misdiagnosed by another shop. I saved a huge amount of money coming to Baldwin's. The detailed inspection reports are helpful in guiding the maintenance of my vehicle. Brian and his team are the best!

Excellent service! Petra who works the front desk even called me back and moved things around to give me same day service. They gave me a loaner car right away, and did a thorough job. 10/10 recommend and will be using them for any future services or repairs (BMW)
