Clay & the other mechanic are honest, and never overcharge. I feel so fortunate to have found them! They are incredibly busy so you'll have to wait a bit to get your car in but their service is so worth the wait!

My 1999 Saab 9-3 Viggen abruptly stopped running in the middle lane (of 101 southbound in Novato). I coasted to the right to get off the roadway but lost momentum while still in the far right lane. I had to use the starter motor, with transmission in first gear, to crank over the engine in order to get to the shoulder. AAA tow truck was dispatched and I looked up "Saab auto repair shop" on my phone and had the AAA driver take me there. Even though there were other cars there with appointments they took the time to quickly diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered. I had to wait a bit for the new parts to be delivered, but as soon as parts came in the techs replaced them and got me going. Very professional. They were very thorough and did excellent work. I appreciated Clay patience with explaining the work he did & I like that I was shown the old parts. I highly recommend them.

The staff is so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My husband has a Saab that he just refuses to get rid of. We had an issue with one of his windows and Clay and Rigo were so helpful. They went through a few possibilities with me over the phone and had me try a couple things prior to bringing the car in. We will definitely be coming back for all our Saab needs.
