I had a great experience at Steve’s Auto Care in Novato. I dropped off my car at 7:00 am and it was ready by noon. The service was very fast and efficient. Steve explained everything clearly about the brake repair and what I should keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated the honesty and the time he took to explain things. The service felt trustworthy, professional, and quick. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable auto repair.

My partner was experiencing a strange noise coming from her wheel while she was driving home with our newborn baby. She pulled off the highway, and I came to pick her up or see if I could figure out what's going on with the car. We couldn't figure it out, but I googled around to see if there was an auto shop nearby, and just our luck, Steve's Auto Care was less than a block away from where she'd parked. We brought the car over. They were just about to close up the shop, but they were able to come out and have a listen. They quickly identified that her lug nuts had come loose.
